A full refund will be available for cancellations notified to bechogan@newmoonstud.com.au prior to 9pm Monday 22nd May 2017.

Cancellations made after 9pm Monday 22nd May 2017 will also be refunded, but less a $15 administration fee.  You may arrange to transfer your booking to a late entry rider.  You must organise this yourself and arrange to get the printed try booking entry form to the late entry rider - the Ride Office will be too busy to make such arrangements for you.

There will be no refunds or transfers once the horse has been presented to the vets for pre-ride inspection, even if the horse fails the inspection and is not permitted to start.
